Bluebonnet Reading Question Sheet
Put your name and the title of the book on top of a sheet of paper that you use to answer these questions. Turn it in to the library when school starts.
Choose two of the questions below and answer each of them in a paragraph of at least five sentences or more. Answers should be specific rather than general and use examples from the book.
1. Discuss the characters in the book. Which one reminds you or yourself? Which one would you want to have for a friend? Tell why.
2. Do you agree with the way the main character solves his/her problems? What would you have done differently?
3. What in this book reminds you of your life? Why? How might this book affect your life?
4. Was the ending of the book what you expected? How would you have written the ending if you were the author?
5. Research the book, related subjects, or the author on the internet. You may want to use the Kids Book Club webpage. Tell what you found out and what interesting websites were linked to the book. Use your own words.
6. For non-fiction books only: List 5 interesting facts from the book (in complete sentences, please.)
